The villa is located in the village of Kraishte, Belitsa municipality — on its own hill with views of three mountain ranges: Rila, Pirin and the Rhodopes. That makes it a convenient base for exploring the wider region, while not being physically in the center of Bansko.

Summer around Lambievi Kolibi
Lambievi Kolibi is an excellent starting point for summer adventures in Rila, Pirin and the Rhodopes. In a single day you can visit some of the most interesting places in the region, then return to the villa in the evening for a BBQ, a fire and rest in your own yard.
The villa is only about a 2-minute drive from Belitsa train station, which lets you combine your stay with a ride on the famous Septemvri–Dobrinishte narrow-gauge railway.
Many of the sights can be reached by your own car. Upon advance request we can also help arrange transfers, off-road rides, ATV and Enduro adventures depending on the route, season and conditions.
Rila Fun Park and the Bear Sanctuary — a perfect day from the villa
Distance from the villa: approximately 30 minutes by car
Rila Fun Park and the Bear Sanctuary near Belitsa can easily be combined into one full day out from Lambievi Kolibi. The two attractions sit very close to each other, making this one of the best options for families and guests who want an active day in nature.
Rila Fun Park is a mountain amusement park set in the forests of Rila, suitable for both children and adults. The main attraction is an alpine coaster with a track of about 1400 meters, where riders control their own speed. There are also additional activities on site for kids and grown-ups.
Just about 1.5 km from Rila Fun Park is the Bear Sanctuary near Belitsa — one of the most popular attractions in the region. Amid the forests of Rila you can see rescued brown bears and learn more about their lives and history.
The Septemvri–Dobrinishte narrow-gauge railway

One of the big advantages of Lambievi Kolibi's location is its immediate proximity to Belitsa train station. From here you can board the famous Septemvri–Dobrinishte narrow-gauge railway directly, turning the journey itself into part of your holiday.
The line runs through the Rhodopes, Rila and Pirin and offers beautiful mountain views, small stations and a completely different way to see the region. You can choose a short train ride or plan a full day visiting Yakoruda, Velingrad, Bansko or Dobrinishte, depending on the current schedule.
Mineral pools — Banya and Eleshnitsa

The area around Banya and Eleshnitsa is known for its mineral springs and warm mineral water. You can choose between several mineral pools and spa complexes and spend a few relaxing hours after a day in the mountains — also a good fit as a standalone full-day plan, especially for families and guests who prefer a calmer holiday.
Bansko in summer
Distance from the villa: about 20 minutes by car
Bansko is a year-round destination, and in summer it offers much more than a walk through the center. You can explore the old town, visit local restaurants and sights, or head into Pirin. During the active summer season, the area around the gondola lift and Bunderishka Polyana offers various activities and mountain hiking options.
Semkovo — a mountain day in Rila

Semkovo sits high above Belitsa, among the coniferous forests of Rila. In summer the area is great for walks, picnics, photography and resting in the cool mountain air — a good choice for guests looking for a quieter spot away from the big tourist crowds.
Ortsevo — panoramic views in the Rhodopes
Ortsevo is one of the most interesting ideas for guests who want to see the lesser-known side of the region. The high-mountain area offers sweeping views, silence and an authentic atmosphere far from the big tourist resorts. Belmeken — a full day high in Rila
Belmeken suits guests who want to dedicate a full day to a mountain trip. The area offers high-mountain scenery, a reservoir, wide open views and opportunities for walks and photography. Here the journey itself is part of the experience, so it's worth allowing extra time and not rushing the route.

Winter at Lambievi Kolibi
Lambievi Kolibi combines the quiet of a standalone mountain villa with convenient access to Bansko and the winter activities of Rila and Pirin. Instead of being in the crowded tourist part of the resort, you get the entire villa for your group, a private yard, two living rooms with fireplaces and enough room for up to 14 guests.
Bansko and the gondola lift — 20-25 minutes from the villa
It takes approximately 20-25 minutes by car to reach Bansko from the villa under normal winter conditions. The route lets you enter Bansko via the ring road with convenient access to the gondola base station area and its car parks, without having to drive through the whole town center.
In the morning you leave the villa, reach the gondola area, park the car and head to the slopes. At the end of the day you return to your own house surrounded by nature.
Not everyone has to ski
Lambievi Kolibi also suits groups where only some of the guests want to hit the slopes. While some spend the day in the Bansko ski area, the rest can visit a mineral pool, explore Bansko and Razlog, or simply stay at the villa and enjoy the quiet and the winter atmosphere. In the evening the whole group is together again.
Semkovo in winter
Distance from the villa: approximately 30-40 minutes by car
Semkovo sits high in Rila above Belitsa and offers a different winter experience from the big Bansko resort — winter walks, snow play and quiet mountain days. Under the right snow conditions and with lifts running, it can also be an option for skiing.
Dobrinishte and Bezbog hut
Distance from the villa: approximately 30-35 minutes by car
Dobrinishte offers another option for a winter day in Pirin. From the area you can reach Gotse Delchev hut, from where a chairlift leads to Bezbog hut and the high parts of the mountain. Under the right conditions the area offers skiing and winter mountain adventures.
Mineral pools after a day on the slopes
Banya and the area around Razlog and Dobrinishte offer several mineral pools and spa complexes. You can easily combine: skiing in Bansko → a mineral pool → an evening at the villa. This is also a good option for group members who don't ski.
