The price is for the entire villa per night, not per person.
At maximum capacity of 14 guests, a rate of €179 works out to roughly €12.79 per person per night.
Summer at Lambievi Kolibi
Lambievi Kolibi is an excellent base for summer adventures in Rila, Pirin and the Rhodopes – mountain walks, cycling, family attractions, mineral pools, off-road and ATV routes.
Rila Fun Park and the Bear Sanctuary near Belitsa are only about 30 minutes from the villa – a great combination for a full day out. Bansko is about 20–25 minutes away, and around Banya and Eleshnitsa you'll find mineral pools and spa complexes.
For more mountain time, you can visit Semkovo, Ortsevo and Belmeken, or pick a hiking, cycling, off-road, ATV or Enduro route.
Cycling and mountain routes
The villa's location lets you combine mountain biking and hiking routes with one of the most interesting experiences in the Rhodopes – a ride on the narrow-gauge railway.
Belitsa station is only about 2 minutes from the villa and makes a convenient starting point for a full-day adventure.
One interesting option is the route:
You can bring your bike on the train according to the carrier's current terms, get off at Avramovo station, and continue on foot or by bike into the high-mountain area of Ortsevo.
After visiting Ortsevo, you can choose a different way back to the villa – on a paved route, on suitable mountain roads and trails, or with transport we can arrange in advance for you. That way you don't have to return the same way, and the whole day becomes a real mountain loop.
With advance notice, we can help arrange transport for you and your bikes from a chosen point back to the villa.
A different adventure every day
From Lambievi Kolibi you can plan a day at Rila Fun Park and the Bear Sanctuary, cycling and hiking routes, a ride on the narrow-gauge railway, mineral pools, Bansko and Pirin, Semkovo, Ortsevo, Belmeken, or an organized off-road, ATV or Enduro adventure. And in the evening you return to your own villa with a yard, BBQ and fire pit.

Booking terms
- Minimum stay: 2 nights
- Deposit upon confirmation: the price of 1 night from the total booking
- The remaining balance + a €200 security deposit are paid on-site at check-in
- Certain winter weekends and holidays may require a longer minimum stay
- Check-in after 15:00, check-out by 10:30
