Besides the 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms also have a sofa bed each - an extra option for larger groups, on top of the base capacity of 14 guests.

A yard just for you

The entire yard is available exclusively to the villa's guests. You can cook dinner on the BBQ, light the fire pit, gather outside, or simply enjoy the quiet and the views. There is room for kids to play and a trampoline, while adults can enjoy a quiet evening by the fire.

Fully equipped kitchens

The villa has two kitchens, so even a large group can comfortably cook their own meals. The essential appliances, dishes and cookware are provided - no need to bring half your kitchen with you.

Common areas

The two living rooms with fireplaces are the heart of the villa in autumn and winter - a place where the whole group gathers in the evening, whether after a day on the slopes or just a walk in the mountains. Both kitchens have the essential appliances - stove, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The ground-floor living room also has a large dining table with chairs for all guests, so the whole group can sit down together in one place.

What you'll find here

The most common question before a trip is "what do we need to bring?". The answer is: almost nothing. Both kitchens are stocked with cookware, glasses, cutlery and basic spices, there is a coffee machine with complimentary coffee, and for longer stays - a washing machine. Towels and toiletries are waiting for you in the bathrooms.
